Triad Financial Services is proud to introduce the new Triad Connect Customer Application Portal—an upgraded platform designed to streamline and simplify the loan application process for manufactured homebuyers and their retailers.
This enhanced portal replaces our former consumer application system and brings several improvements:
Improved User Experience:
A more intuitive interface that guides borrowers stepby-step through the application.
Instant Confirmation
Upon submission, both the borrower and the retailer will receive an immediate confirmation email including the application number. Additionally, the application will be immediately viewable in the Triad Connect Retailer portal.
Downloadable Application:
Borrowers can now download a PDF copy of their completed application for their records.
